Lily Silverton

Hi, I'm Lily, and I’m a wellbeing and mindset coach inspiring people to reconnect with themselves and rebalance their lives, one mindful moment at a time. 

With the pressures and demands of modern life, it can sometimes feel hard to cope. Especially when it’s challenging to carve out any precious “me-time.” 

I know first-hand that the mind isn’t always a safe space. I suffered from poor mental health for more than fifteen years, and I want to help you see that there is hope! 

With the right tools and techniques, YOU can change your life and find more joy, fulfilment, and calm every day. 

Most importantly, my mission is to show you that you don’t need lengthy practices to feel better. Simply incorporating a mindful moment of just a few minutes a day can be enough to take on whatever life throws your way.

Yes of course! I offer a completely free 7-day free trial. If after a week of trying out the studio you decide it's not for you, all you need to do is cancel your membership.

Once you've signed up you'll have 24 access to the studio from any computer or phone - all you need is a working internet connection.

Do I have to dedicate a lot of time to the studio?

Nope! This is your studio, and you can use it as much or as little as you like or are able. There are practices ranging from 2-45 minutes, so there's something there to suit every timeframe.

You can choose whether to be billed monthly - which you can cancel at anytime - or yearly, which will be charged for the year ahead but can also be cancelled at anytime.
