I’m a journalist and coach with more than 25 years of meditation and yoga experience.
I’ve written for Vogue, MindBodyGreen, Refinery29, and DOSE, and I’ve worked with thousands of clients all over the world, helping them overcome stress and burnout, bolster their self-esteem and motivate them to transform their lives. I also have a podcast, 'Priorities', which invites inspiring guests to share the things in life that really matter to them, as well as a Substack newsletter prioritise this.
And you know what really matters to me? My health. I do what I do because I know what it feels like to be uncertain of your path in life and/or at war with your mind.
