I’ve written for Vogue, MindBodyGreen, Refinery29, and DOSE, and I’ve worked with thousands of clients all over the world, helping them overcome anxiety and stress, bolster their self-esteem and motivate them to transform their lives. I also have a podcast, 'Priorities', which allows people to explore the things in life that really matter to them.
And you know what really matters to me? My mental health. I do what I do because I know what it feels like to be at war with your mind. I suffered from poor mental health for more than fifteen years, and I want to help you see an alternative way of living.
