How is Home To Self taught?

How is Home To Self taught?

Home To Self is taught via Teachable, and each week on a Saturday morning you will receive tailor-made videos, course materials and MP3 downloads that you can watch (or listen to) from the comfort of your home. All you will need is a laptop or computer and a working internet connection. The course is taught over 4 weeks, however the materials will be available to you for a further 6 months, in case you’d like to take the course in your own time.

When you have enrolled you will be sent details of how to log in to Teachable and each email I send you during the course will contain an easy link to the login page.

The course starts on August 1st and finishes on August 29th, however the course materials will be available to you for 6 months after the end of the course

I recommend you follow the 4-week course in the order it is set out, however I know that life sometimes gets in the way. So don’t worry if you miss a week, you will have the opportunity to catch it up at a later date.

How much time will I need to dedicate to the course each week? 

About 1 hour each weekend to watch the video and fill in the workbook and then about 20/30 mins daily for the practices. 

Do I have to start the course on the day I receive it?

I recommend starting it on either the Saturday 1st or Sunday 2nd of August, so that we’re all in it together, however you can start it whenever you like - you will have access to the materials for 6 months after the end of the course. 

Will I be able to talk to Lily during the course?

You will all be invited to join a group where can connect with one another, track your progress, share any person wins, and ask Lily any questions. If you don’t want to join the group, that is also completely fine.

Will there be an opportunity to have a 1-2-1 session with Lily?

As bonus you will be offered the option to book a session with Lily to target specific issues. These sessions are normally offered at £150 but you will be eligible as a course participant to have a session for £80

I’ve tried so many things already, how is this different? How do I know this will help?

You don’t know for sure, but I absolutely believe you can change, and I’m here to help. My unique method has worked for thousands of people and I hope it can work for you too. Can I take this program if I am facing a significant mental health challenge? 

It is advisable to consult your GP or health care provider to see if the course is suitable for you currently. If your mental health issue is diagnosed anxiety or depression then I would recommend speaking to your healthcare provider first, but this course could be highly beneficial for you.

Can I take this course if I’m on medication?

If you are taking any prescribed medications, please consult with your qualified healthcare professional before enrolling in this course.
