How is Home To Self taught?

How is Home To Self taught?

Home To Self is taught via Teachable, and each week you will receive tailor-made videos, course materials and MP3 downloads that you can watch (or listen to) from the comfort of your home. All you will need is a laptop or computer and a working internet connection. The course is taught over 4 weeks, however the materials will be available to you for a further 1 month as I know that sometimes life gets in the way!

No you won't. Each week's worth of material will be released 7 days after the previous week's content. When you first sign up you'll have immediate access to week 1 as well as all the bonus materials. Whenever you want! The freedom of this course is one of the things that makes it so stress-free. 

What if I miss a week?

I recommend you follow the 4-week course in the order it is set out, however I know that life sometimes gets in the way. So don’t worry if you fall behind - you have an extra 4 weeks access to the course to help you catch up.

How much time will I need to dedicate to the course each week? 

About 1 hour each weekend to watch the video and fill in the workbook and then about 20/30 mins daily for the practices. 

Do I have to start the course on the day I receive it?

I recommend choosing a day to start (Sun or Sun is probably best for most people) and blocking a morning or afternoon out in your diary. Try to do this the week you purchase the course.

Will I be able to talk to Lily during the course?

You will able to email Lily's team anytime. We try to respond to all emails with 48 hours mon-fri.

Will there be an opportunity to have a 1-2-1 session with Lily?

As bonus you will be offered the option to book a 1 hour session with Lily to target specific issues. These sessions are normally offered at £150 but you will be eligible as a course participant to have a session for £120.

I’ve tried so many things already, how is this different? How do I know this will help?

You don’t know for sure, but I absolutely believe you can change, and I’m here to help. My unique method has worked for thousands of people and I hope it can work for you too. Can I take this program if I am facing a significant mental health challenge? 

It is advisable to consult your GP or health care provider to see if the course is suitable for you currently. If your mental health issue is diagnosed anxiety or depression then I would recommend speaking to your healthcare provider first, but this course could be highly beneficial for you.

Can I take this course if I’m on medication?

If you are taking any prescribed medications, please consult with your qualified healthcare professional before enrolling in this course.
