Well I promise you’re not alone. We're living through unprecedented times, and as global changes continue to unfold daily, our plans for the past year have gone out the window and we’ve been left feeling as if our entire futures are unknown. So it’s no surprise we’re feeling anxious, worried, stressed and also possibly quite sad. Really, it would be strange to feel nothing.

Home To Self may not be for you if you’re suffering with clinical depression or anxiety. This course is not designed to replace any information from your doctor or therapist. Please email lilysilverton@gmail.com to discuss further.
It’s also not for you if you’re not ready to do the work. Home To Self will encourage you to move beyond being a passive observer, and take a more active view of your life. You’ll need to set aside an hour each weekend and 20 minutes most days for the next month, in order to see real changes to your mental health.
This course is suitable for beginners as well as people who have experience practising mediation and previous coaching experience. It is suitable people aged 18+.
